Refund and withdrawal

This applies to consumer orders on wabibabi.com (EU 14-day withdrawal and Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014).

14-day withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Send a clear email to hello@wabibabi.com before the deadline and include your order number.

How to return

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Return them complete and unused beyond a normal in-store inspection, in the original packaging where possible.

Costs and refunds

You pay the return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We refund the product price and standard outbound shipping within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the parcel is back or you prove you sent it. Extra cost for a faster delivery method is not refunded. Refunds go to the original payment method.

When withdrawal does not apply

You cannot withdraw if the product is incomplete, or if you used it beyond inspection in a way that clearly reduces its value.

If the parcel arrives damaged, note it with the courier and write to us immediately. Statutory warranty for defects still applies — contact hello@wabibabi.com.
