Terms of service
Please read these terms before ordering on wabibabi.com. By placing an order you accept these Terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies.
The store
WABIBABI sells baby playmats to consumers aged 18 or over in Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Austria. Full seller identification is in the Legal notice.
Contract
The contract is formed electronically when we accept your order. You will get an email confirmation after checkout. If it does not arrive within 48 hours, check spam or write to hello@wabibabi.com. If confirmation is not received within 48 hours, you are not bound by the order.
The contract is stored electronically, not as a paper file.
Prices
Prices are shown in your market currency and include VAT unless we say otherwise. Shipping is extra unless free shipping applies, and is shown before you pay. If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you. You can then confirm the corrected order or cancel.
Ordering and payment
Add products to the cart and pay in Shopify checkout. Payment methods for your country are shown there. WABIBABI does not store card numbers.
We issue an electronic invoice for every order. Ask us at hello@wabibabi.com if you need a paper copy.
Fulfilment
Orders are processed on business days, 09:00–17:00 (Europe/Budapest). Later orders are processed the next business day. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.
Withdrawal, returns and warranty
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw. Details are in the Refund and withdrawal policy. Statutory warranty for defective goods follows Hungarian law (Civil Code and NGM Decree 19/2014).
Complaints
Write to hello@wabibabi.com. If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute, you may contact the competent Hungarian conciliation board at bekeltetes.hu. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
Law
Hungarian law applies. Consumers also keep the mandatory protections of their country of residence. The version of these terms published when you order applies to that order.
